THE POSITION Poultry & VPH BS Head, reporting directly to Head of AH, responsible for leading the Poultry and VPH business in South Korea in alignment with Global and ROPU strategies for implementation in OPU. Develop a plan of Poultry & VPH to maximize the resource utilization and ensure Execution Excellence, targeting of most valuable customers, establish local strategic plans. Responsible to achieve sales budgets (net sales, profit, market share development) of the OPU. Strengthen business position by building a sustainable & key customer focused relationship. Implementation of Marketing Campaigns and feedback to ROPU with Market insights and Customer needs. Manage distributors including target settings, follow-ups, providing inspiring incentive plans for distributor and distributor FF. Develop sales and marketing plans, activities, campaigns, distribution management and manage day-to-day activities of the commercial team to implement overall business strategies for all assigned products. Duties & responsibilities Prepare sales forecasts and budget, monitor sales volume, revenues, inventory, and costs against forecasts to identify problems and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve overall performance of poultry and VPH business. Collaborate with other Business Segments, Marketing, Technical, Commercial Excellence or RA teams, and other enabling functions in developing and implementing sales and marketing activities, pricing, stock management and distribution strategies. Develop strong business relationships with key opinion leaders, authorities, integrators and key farmers, veterinarians, managers, and consultants through regular field visits. Provide dynamic leadership to drive the right mindset and behaviors for increased collaboration, effectiveness, and efficiency, while safeguarding compliance in all sales activities. Ensure frequent communication and successful implementation of ROPU/Global initiatives. Build and develop an effective commercial team committed to delivering stretch targets and achieving both short-term and long-term business objectives. Support team development through continuous feedback, coaching, and training opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Veterinary Medicine preferred, MBA is advantageous. Experience in the Animal Health industry within a multinational company preferred. Minimum 10 years of commercial, marketing or technical experience Business acumen is required Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Business planning, project management, and performance management capabilities. Leadership experience more than 3years English proficiency is required to follow up global / regional strategies and initiatives Strong written & verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated problem-solving, decision making and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate and deliver results in a highly matrix organization.
