Head of Car Subscription (Sr.General Manager) (Permanent Job)Salary: 100,000THB - 120,000THB/monthPosition Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Head of Car Subscription (General Manager). This role is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and operational excellence of the car subscription business. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, proven experience in sales and operational execution, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution of the car subscription business unit.Responsible for overall management of these business unit teams such as.Marketing, Sales, OperationDefine and drive KPIs and performance metrics aligned with company goals.·esponsible for creating sales and marketing plans for short-term and long-term car rentals in the sales channel online(website), agency car rental, event and Application to have sales meet the company's goals.Create a public relations plan to promote products both off/online, social media, virtual websites, events and exhibitions.Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.Own the lead acquisition strategy, from digital to offline channels.Optimize the sales funnel to maximize lead conversion and drive subscription growth.Monitor sales targets, continuously improving performance through coaching and tools.Champion a customer-first mindset across all functions of the subscription business.Find new business partners such as agencies for car rentals (domestic and international), hotels and others to make sales and marketing plans together.Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and lead initiatives to improve retention and loyalty.Implement processes to ensure seamless onboarding, usage, and support.Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales and operations team.Manage team budgets, expenses, and resource allocation efficiently.Foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, finance, and technology teams.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in sales, business operations, or general management, preferably in automotive, subscription services, or mobility industries.Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving business growth.Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and customer success metrics.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong analytical and financial acumen.
