With our unique position in the market; backed by the world class management consultancy, Alvarez & Marsal, our close ties with international law firm, Broadfield LPP, and working closely alongside one of the premier global search firms in London, ECB Star, NomosFIT are exceptionally positioned to deliver fractional and interim consultancy services to a wide range of clients and sectors.Ideally you will have previous ALSP experience with a background in consulting-led sales, particularly within legal, professional services or recruitment sectors with a focus on the fractional and interim market. A proven track record of engaging and selling to senior stakeholders such as CFO’s, CEO’s, General Counsel, Heads of Legal Operations, and law firms to generate new business and help deliver innovative and strategic legal solutions will be advantageous as will experience of managing and leading teams, expanding and growing teams and P&L responsibility.Working closely with the senior leadership team, this role will be a key hire in NomosFIT’s next growth phase and will give high level exposure both internally and externally.Key Responsibilities:Build strong relationships internally and externally to win new business, e.g. with Alvarez & Marsal business teams, Broadfield LLP teams, ECB Star and externally with a broad range of firms, companies, and law firms to grow revenue.Find and target new clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.Work with marketing, advisory, sales, and delivery teams to bring in new business.Identify and attend networking events, industry events and seminars and relevant marketing opportunities to grow the NomosFIT brand across the UK and Europe.Create and carry out plans to promote key services, including sales materials.Win new work by teaming up internally with experts and advisors to offer tailored and strategic solutions to our clients.Help set the strategy to increase market share and footprint across the UK and Europe.Oversee the sales pipeline, lead, manage and grow the business development team.If you are looking for an entrepreneurial environment with genuine opportunity to take your career to the next level, international exposure (with relocation possible) across the UK, Europe, Middle East & Asia and the US, and a place where performance is recognised and rewarded (potential for future earn out) then please do get in touch for a confidential discussion.
