This is a Vice President-level role responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across our client servicing model.The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to our clients and internal stakeholders, with strong leadership skills and the ability to build, mentor and motivate a high-performing team.This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.Why this role is important to usOur clients are at the center of everything we do. It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up forWhat You Will Be Responsible ForAs a Head of Client Service, you will:Lead the Swiss Client Service team, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities.Act as the senior escalation point for client matters, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.Develop and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.Partner with Relationship Management, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to deliver seamless service across the client lifecycle.Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory standards and internal governance requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client experience.Represent Client Service in senior forums, client governance meetings, and industry events.Provide management reporting on client satisfaction, key metrics, and risk trends.What We ValueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleStrong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading client-facing teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Education & Preferred QualificationsUniversity degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.10+ years of relevant experience in client service, relationship management, or operations within financial services.Fluency in English; German and/or French strongly preferred.Prior experience working in a global financial institution, with exposure to Swiss clients, is highly desirable.Proven track record of managing senior institutional client relationships, preferably within asset servicing, custody, or related financial services.Deep understanding of financial markets, investment operations, and regulatory requirements in Switzerland.Job ID: R-778650
