We continue to seek and develop their talent and expertise, because this is the team that marks our Bank as “Bank like the people".We are looking for: Head of the Collection Methodology Department within the Retail Collection Directorate Our principles are: Client-oriented approach.Ownership mindset.Achieving quick results with small teams.Communicating openly and honestly.Your role is related to planning and organizing the work of a team of experienced professionals, whose commitments include: Taking a methodological approach when defining processes, creating rules and procedures related to the retail debt collection process.Optimizing processes to achieve effective collection of overdue retail problem loans, incl. the preparation of business assignments for updates in internal software systems related to the collection activities.Conducting portfolio segmentation of problem retail exposures for the purposes of different collection activities - assignment of receivables, discount campaigns, etc.Preparation and coordination of proposals for the creation or amendment of the motivation scheme for employees in the Directorate.Planning, controlling and conducting trainings for employees involved in the retail collection activities.This is your position if you have: A University Degree.Professional experience (minimum 4 years) in the field of debt collection in a banking or financial institution.Computer literacy - MS Office.Excellent command in English.Desire and motivation to achieve results.What we offer to you:Positive and dynamic environment and numerous career development opportunities.Food vouchers worth 200 BGN per month.Additional health insurance.Favorable conditions for housing and mortgage lending.Multi-sport card at preferential prices.25 days of paid annual leave.If the position matches your professional interests and skills, we will gladly review your application.All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
