As a key growth engine for Ninjacart, the team blends business, execution, category, product, and analytics expertise to solve complex challenges with speed and creativity. The Ninjamandi team handles trading in imported fruits, domestic fruits, non-perishables & Dry fruits categories. Within this, the Central strategy team plays a critical role in making the right judgement on when to buy, where to buy and how much to buy on a daily basis. The Central strategy team gathers signals from global and domestic markets to drive decisions, aligning supply, Shape demand, and deliver financial goals. Key capabilities include building intelligence machinery, efficient planning, and sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesSetup data Intelligence sources - both domestic and global sources to gather timely and reliable dataGather and analyze data to drive actionable insights & Build a decision-making frameworks for purchase callsDrive the decision on pre-booking and storage calls for each categoryLead supply and demand planning across business unitsSupport organization-wide planning, performance reviews, and target settingReview Trades and past performance and bring out actionable insights and improve the decision frameworks continuouslyMonitor procurement practices, risks, and working capitalTrack overall P&L impact, risks, and capital requirementsLead seasonal reviews and recommend improvementsDrive new initiatives (new models, products, or supply routes)A Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious.
