About Care360Care360 is an integrated after-care ecosystem spanning:Ujuzi Fursa Africa Training Institutes (TVET-accredited) – training caregivers and healthcare assistants.Care360 Home-Based Care – professional caregivers, nurses, and therapists for home recovery.ComfortCare Step-Down & Mental Wellness Facilities – low-cost, high-quality post-hospital and mental health recovery centers.We’re reimagining healthcare and skills in Africa — blending compassion with technology.About the RoleCare360 is looking for a Head of Communications & Brand Relations to lead storytelling, media relations, and reputation management across all business units.This role blends strategy, writing, and brand leadership — ideal for a senior communications professional who can shape internal culture and public perception.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic CommunicationDevelop and implement internal and external communication strategies.Craft the brand’s core narrative — “Making Lives Better” — across platforms.Ensure unified messaging across all branches, services, and partnerships.2. Media & Public RelationsManage press releases, interviews, and media coverage.Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and health editors.Plan events and CSR campaigns (Elder Care Week, Mental Health Month, etc.).3. Internal CommunicationsCoordinate newsletters, CEO messages, staff recognition programs.Develop visual and written content that strengthens organizational identity.4. Crisis Communication & Policy AdvocacyPrepare crisis response plans and talking points.Support leadership in communication with government, donors, and investors.5. Documentation & StorytellingOversee documentation of success stories, patient journeys, and alumni outcomes.Ensure every facility and training center contributes stories monthly.QualificationsDegree in Public Relations, Journalism, Corporate Communication, or Marketing.7–10 years’ experience in corporate communications, PR, or public affairs.Excellent writing and storytelling skills — able to translate data into emotion.Understanding of healthcare, education, or social impact sectors.Strong media network and comfort in representing the organization publicly.You AreA strategic communicator who can simplify complexity.A cultural builder who strengthens internal morale.A brand guardian who balances empathy with clarity.
