Recognised for its innovation, social responsibility, and inclusive culture, the company is a headline sponsor of major sporting events!As Head of Communications for the UK & Ireland, you will lead all strategic and operational communications activities across external media and internal channels. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a confident and experienced communications professional with a strong understanding of the GSI/IT Services industry. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and external agencies, managing a team and overseeing high-impact campaigns, brand reputation, media relations, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead a UK&I communications strategy aligned with the company’s commercial and brand goalsDrive both external and internal communications including media relations, CSR, and sponsorship activationsManage media perception, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement across the UK&I regionOversee a team including a Content Executive, Internal Comms Executive, and a PR agencyAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing coaching and strategic comms supportLead on reputational risk management and crisis communication strategyDeliver compelling content around customer success, corporate initiatives, and thought leadershipCoordinate with global communications teams to ensure consistent messagingKey Skills & Experience:Must have worked for a leading Global Systems Integrator (GSI), IT Services, or Consulting firmProven track record in senior communications leadership rolesStrong UK media and public relations experienceExpertise in brand reputation management, crisis communications, and internal engagementExperience managing teams and agency relationshipsConfident advising senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisationsExperience in leveraging major sponsorship or CSR programmes for brand visibilityBackground in both in-house and agency communications settingsSalary: £100,000–£110,000 + BenefitsLocation: LondonWorking Model: Hybrid
