Wonderful is scaling fast and needs a senior comms leader to own our global earned media, PR agency relationships, executive and crisis communications, and the company’s news calendar and speaking program. This is a senior individual-contributor role that will shape how Wonderful is seen by customers, partners, regulators and the press worldwide.Role Overview: Own global earned media strategy and execution: build and run the news calendar, work with agencies or hands on pitch and place executive and product stories, and secure high-value speaking slots.Manage and coordinate all PR agency partners across EMEA & LATAM. Set strategy, ensure quality and ROI, and act as the primary day-to-day HQ contact. Partner closely with local GMs to identify angles and stories that will resonate in-market. Build and steward Wonderful’s thought leadership platform: map out the industry conversation and identify the white space we can own, develop our perspective and agenda, and create op-eds, contributed pieces and bylined executive content.Approve and coordinate speaking opportunities and content for company spokespeople.Drive media training, interview prep and playbooks for spokespeople and senior leaders. Lead crisis communications planning and response, activating the Crisis Team and ensuring a single, unified voice when needed.Define reporting and measurement for PR performance and report on outcomes.Requirements: 5–10 years in senior comms or PR roles — agency or in-house — with demonstrated success running global earned programs.Experience/familiarity running communications for technology products  Experience running media relations programs in markets outside the US Track record managing PR agencies and external counsel.Exceptional writing, storytelling and communication skills.Comfortable operating cross-functionally as a senior individual contributor.Strong relationships with business, tech and trade media a plus
