Job Description

Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context. Role Overview: Wonderful marketing is building a credibility engine. We believe that strong storytelling, compelling content that delivers actual value to the audience, and a unique perspective on the industry will be the fuel for this engine, irrespective of the channels it's deployed on. That’s why we’re looking for a hybrid content + communications leader who owns both the earned narrative and the owned content engine. You’ll define editorial strategy, build our thought leadership platform, run large-scale content operations, and own distribution strategy across media like the blog, podcasts, video, social and web, as well as leading our earned media strategy. This is a linchpin role combining strategic impact with large operational scope, and will partner closely with the CMO to build and scale the Wonderful brand.  You’ll own the engine that powers Wonderful’s credibility and thought leadership — shaping narratives that make our AI platform the obvious choice for enterprises looking to leverage agentic AI. This is a high-impact role with strategic exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to build signature, lasting editorial franchises. What you’ll doOwn Wonderful’s editorial point of view and shape a distinct, repeatable voice and perspective that powers our thought leadership and earned narrative.Invent and commission breakthrough ideas — long-form articles, podcast series, video essays, and original IP — that change how our audiences think about AI in the enterprise.Lead the creation of signature content franchises (podcasts, video series, newsletters, report-style thought pieces) that become destination properties for our industry.Build and operationalize a team of content writers, producers/freelancers.Run earned media strategy with a creative lens: develop bold story hooks, executive bylines and op-eds, and high-impact media narratives that create cultural momentum.Manage and coordinate all PR agency partners across EMEA & LATAM. Set strategy, ensure quality and ROI, and act as the primary day-to-day HQ contact. Partner closely with local GMs to identify angles and stories that will resonate in-market. Be both chief editor and hands-on creator: write, edit, and shape flagship pieces while mentoring producers and writers to deliver at scale without sacrificing craft.Coach and prep senior spokespeople and executives for high-profile interviews and speaking opportunities, ensuring voice and ideas translate on stage and in print.Partner with the CMO and regional marketing leads to translate strategic priorities into a coordinated content ecosystem — aligning launches, customer stories and campaigns around our point of view.Experiment with new formats and distribution approaches (serial podcasts, documentary-style video, interactive long-form) and own the creative brief for production partners and agencies.Set editorial standards and guardrails that preserve quality and originality as the team scales, and champion creative risk where it matters.Requirements: A genuine content superpower: an exceptional writer/editor with editorial taste and a proven track record of creating ideas or franchises that shifted perception or built audiences.7+ years of content, editorial or communications leadership in B2B tech, media, or a creative agency — with hands-on experience shipping standout work.Deep experience across formats: long-form writing, podcasting, video, and narrative-driven earned media (bylines, features, op-eds).Strong storyteller’s instinct: you can surface surprising insights, structure persuasive narrative arcs, and turn complex product ideas into memorable stories.Demonstrated experience leading content or communications teams and mentoring writers/producers to elevate craft while scaling output.A portfolio of thought leadership or signature content (links or clips) showing originality, editorial point of view, and measurable audience impact.Comfortable owning both strategy and execution — you’ll draft the brief, edit the final piece, and defend the idea.Collaborative but opinionated: you partner tightly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams while standing up for editorial decisions that matter.Experience with enterprise audiences, or a demonstrated ability to make technical topics emotionally resonant, is strongly preferred.
