This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established company in Saudi Arabia, leading all regulatory and compliance activities while working closely with the Audit Committee and executive leadership.Position: Head of ComplianceLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure company-wide compliance with SAMA, CMA, GOSI, and other regulatory bodiesDesign, implement, and monitor compliance policies and action plansAct as the primary point of contact for regulators and internal audit functionsLead the Anti-Money Laundering and anti-fraud frameworks and monitoring activitiesReport regularly to the Audit Committee and CEO on compliance efforts and risksStay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on operationsProvide guidance on ethical behavior and potential legal risksSupport leadership with internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and risk mitigationCoordinate with internal departments to deliver compliance training and awarenessPrepare periodic compliance reports and ensure alignment with internal proceduresQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, Insurance, or related fieldCertification in Compliance, IFCE, AML/Anti-Fraud preferred5–7 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within insurance or financial servicesSAMA approval for appointment requiredFluent in Arabic and EnglishStrong knowledge of Saudi regulatory landscape and internal governanceInterested?If you are ready to take the next step in your insurance career, please reach out to us at application@faithful-executive.comJoin us in shaping the future of talent in the Middle East.#InsuranceCareers #ComplianceJobs #KSAJobs #FaithfulExecutive #TalentMENA #InsuranceJobsSaudi #SAMA
