Company Description Electra Battery Materials Corporation is developing North America's only battery grade cobalt refinery in Temiskaming Shores, Ontario. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Construction at Electra Battery Materials Corporation. The Head of Construction will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities. Day-to-day tasks include managing schdule, budgeting, procurement, construction management, and project management to ensure the timely and on-budget completion of refinery project. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to meet project objectives and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in Budgeting and Project ControlExperience with Procurement and Construction ManagementStrong Project Management skillsExcellent leadership and team management capabilitiesEffective communication and negotiation skillsPrevious experience in large-scale industrial construction projects is an asset
