The role will cover all aspects of Construction Service delivery in Europe.The role is a senior client-facing position requiring the ability to develop client relationships and to lead Construction Scope of projects from client briefing through proposal preparation, setting construction execution strategy.The role can be based from any of our mainland Europe officesResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for the development and management of the Construction Service business delivered by the European Business UnitsWork closely with the PM Group European Management to grow, enhance and continually develop the overall service delivery.Ensure that the Construction Service delivery complies fully with PM Group systems and procedures. Support new Business Development, client facing and as proposal manager for all Construction Management proposals (to a pre agreed scale) and manage the CM inputs to multiservice proposals.Management of project Construction Services personnel including recruitment, liaison, onboarding, coordination, training, development and mentoring.Flexibility to step in and lead construction projects on site as required.Provide leadership in the areas of Construction Health & Safety, Construction QA/QC, Constructability, Contracts/Commercial and Project Controls.Work closely with European and Group Construction Services to enhance and develop the overall service delivery.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:Demonstrated capability and leadership in Construction delivery within specialized industrial sectors. (Life Sciences, Food & Mission Critical, Oil and Gas)Demonstrated knowledge of the area.Professional Qualification in Engineering or Construction /Project Management.10+ year’s professional experience.Excellent knowledge and understanding of H&S statutory requirements.Proven people management experienceGood understanding of contractual models and supply chain capability.Strong presentation and written communication skillsStrong influencing and negotiation skills.
