Job Description
The Head of Corporate Finance will lead the financial strategy and operations of The Aivee Group, encompassing all clinics, subsidiaries, and new business ventures. This role is responsible for financial planning, capital structuring, investment management, and performance monitoring to ensure the organization’s sustained growth and profitability. The position requires a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on financial management to support business expansion, operational efficiency, and brand leadership in the aesthetics and wellness industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Strategy & PlanningFormulate and implement financial strategies aligned with The Aivee Group’s business goals.Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units.Provide executive management with insights and recommendations for sustainable growth and profitability.2. Corporate Finance & Investment ManagementOversee capital allocation, financing activities, and funding requirements for expansion projects.Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to ensure optimal financing structures.Conduct feasibility and ROI analysis for new ventures, acquisitions, and major capital expenditures.3. Financial Operations & ControlSupervise end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, treasury, billing, and cash management.Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial reports and statements.Strengthen internal control systems to safeguard company assets and prevent financial risks.4. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with BIR, SEC, DOLE, and other regulatory requirements.Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and tax consultants.Maintain corporate governance standards across all Aivee Group entities.5. Business Performance & AnalyticsLead financial performance tracking for clinics, retail, and corporate divisions.Provide business intelligence dashboards and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.Identify areas for operational cost optimization and revenue growth.6. Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and collaboration.Partner closely with department heads and management to drive financial excellence.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA required.Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent is an advantage.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and controllership - preferably in retail, healthcare, or service-oriented industries.Proven track record in managing multi-entity financial structures and expansion projects.Strong technical knowledge in financial modeling, forecasting, and tax compliance.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
