Head of Operations and Governance Are you an experienced Banking Operations leader ready to take ownership of a high-performing team and drive innovation in payments processing? This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, risk and control governance, digitalisation initiatives, and people development within a large-scale wholesale banking environment.What You’ll DoMaintain a high standard of operational risk management to protect both customer and organisational interestsManage key risk indicators and ensure timely escalation of issues to senior management where requiredInvestigate discrepancies, exceptions and non-compliance and drive corrective actionsOversee daily operations to ensure efficient, accurate and timely delivery of products and services in accordance with SLAs, KPIs and approved SOPsRepresent the team in management, governance and stakeholder meetingsBuild, lead and sustain a high-performance and motivated teamIdentify and drive opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service qualityLead automation, straight-through processing (STP) and digitalisation initiativesLead and participate in projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are metWhat You Bring15+ years of experience in wholesale banking operations, with strong exposure to Corporate Internet Banking and eServices setup and maintenance.
