Values are at the heart of everything they do and are key drivers of their commercial success.They are looking for a Head of Operations to lead their 200 people multi-channel customer contact operation. You will build on the benefits of an 18- month transformation journey to now deliver a step change in commercial performance, through improved efficiency, cost control and customer outcomes.You’ll already be leading a similar size team in a high performing and well-respected contact centre environment. With a strong grasp of the systems and technologies that enable and support a progressive operation, you will be able to demonstrate success in raising service standards through best practice process and inspirational leadership in a regulated environment.To be considered for the role you need to fully meet the above criteria and be able to be in the Kent operation for at least 2-3 days a week.
