Job Description

Responsible for leading and managing the Customer Service function across the continental European region, ensuring a high standard of service delivery that meets the needs of all A-Gas customers. This role involves overseeing order execution, responding to customer enquiries and feedback, and continuously driving service excellence. In close collaboration with the Commercial team, the role will support a deeper understanding of customer requirements, contributing valuable insights to the commercial team to enhance sales forecasting and strategic planning. A key focus will also be maintaining strong cross-functional alignment, particularlywith Operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and service consistency.Reports toCommercial Director EuropePrincipal Place of WorkOffice based, Seevetal, Germany with travel between EU sites at least fortnightlyExperience, Knowledge and QualificationsEssentialPrior experience in Managing a Customer Services FunctionLeading and engaging a TeamExcellent computer Skills (MS Office suite)Systems and Process improvementsDecision making through the influence of othersCommercially AwareFinancial forecasting/modelling experienceTeamwork and CollaborationMulti lingual (English, German, Dutch)DesirableExperience in managing a multi-country Customer Services FunctionKnowledge of SAP
