About The RoleThe Head of Customer Success is responsible for managing some of the company’s most important commercial relationships. You will manage a high-performing team that supports the hiring company's largest animal health pharmaceutical manufacturer partners (e. g. Zoetis, Boehringer Ingelheim) with critical sales and marketing functions.
You will frequently be presenting to and interacting with decision-makers across the largest partners, so you should be confident and comfortable performing in high-stakes environments. The ideal candidate is a highly personable, detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A strong team has been built around this function, and you’ll be responsible for fostering the potential of and supporting the professional development of that team. Together, you all will be responsible for driving value to these critical relationships to maintain and grow them.
What you'll doManage a team of 8-10 people focused on supporting the company's largest manufacturer partnersAssist in developing strategies for, implementing, and proving the effectiveness of different initiatives, alongside the team and partnersTravel (up to 25%) to clients for in-person business reviews and strategy sessions, building strong trustGather feedback to inform the company's commercial strategy and development prioritiesAssist in outlining and reviewing team-created materials that will be sent to clients (proposals, results decks, QBRs, etc.

S. is: $160,000/year - $280,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. For Colorado, the salary range is: $180,000 - $230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
