📢 We’re Hiring: Head of Debt Collection (Remote)We’re looking for a structured, confident, and results-driven Head of Debt Collection to lead a growing collections team. The role starts part-time during onboarding, with a quick transition to full-time based on performance.💼 Key Responsibilities • Lead the Debt Collection team and oversee daily operations • Coach team members and improve communication and call quality • Manage your own portfolio of overdue accounts • Negotiate payments and follow a structured follow-up system • Maintain accurate Airtable/CRM notes, statuses, and documentation • Identify patterns and provide weekly insights • Improve scripts, templates, and internal processes⭐ Requirements • 1–2+ years’ experience in debt collection, finance, or customer management • Team leadership or coaching experience is a strong plus • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills • Strong accuracy with CRM documentation; Airtable experience preferred • Analytical, structured, and ownership-driven🌍 What We Offer • Fully remote role • Part-time start with fast transition to full-time • $8–$10 hourly rate (based on experience) • Long-term, stable opportunity with clear growth • Access to proven scripts, training, and frameworks
