Job Description: Head of DeliveryLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective strategies for managing and delivering IT projects aligned with company goals.Lead all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Oversee technical teams and provide guidance to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.Manage human and technical resources to ensure optimal utilization and achieve desired outcomes.Evaluate the technical and operational performance of projects using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Identify and address technical and operational risks to ensure smooth project execution.Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, risks, and achievements.Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and internal/external stakeholders.Apply best practices and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning among team members.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, including 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Trello.Expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or CSM.
