Is there a Zenika in you?Let’s talk skills and passion first.At Zenika Singapore, we partner with organizations to innovate, design, and deliver digital solutions that make a real impact.We’re looking for a Head of Delivery — a visionary and hands-on leader who can scale agile practices, drive digital transformation programs, and inspire teams to deliver excellence.You’ll play a key role in shaping Zenika Singapore’s transformation strategy, mentoring consultants, and helping our clients unlock new levels of performance, collaboration, and agility.Your Role as a Zenika Consultant:As Head of Transformation & Delivery, you will:Define and execute Zenika Singapore’s Delivery strategy, driving growth across our consulting and product delivery practices.Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Program Managers.Oversee large-scale digital transformation initiatives across sectors such as banking, government, technology, and energy.Partner with client executives to design and implement transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.Ensure delivery governance, agile maturity, and operational excellence across all engagements.Support business development efforts including client proposals, pre-sales, and strategic account growth.Champion Zenika’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.What You Bring15+ years of experience in digital transformation, agile delivery, and product leadership.Proven success building and scaling delivery or consulting practices (20+ professionals).Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban) and product delivery methodologies.Experience leading transformation programs for enterprise clients in APAC.Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.A passion for empowering people, solving complex challenges, and delivering meaningful impact.About ZenikaFounded by developer Carl Azoury, Zenika is a consultancy built around community, transparency, and craftsmanship.
