As we mark our 50th anniversary, we continue to build strong partnerships, set high expectations, and prepare students for a bright future in a rapidly changing world.About The RoleAs the Head of Department, you will lead the curriculum focus in alignment with school and departmental initiatives, participate in delivering the vision of the Early Childhood and State Schools Division, develop the quality of teaching and learning, and nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, and stakeholders.Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Department - The Arts, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.Embed socially just practices in daily school life.Set high standards for student and staff performance.Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
