Head of Deposit and Liability Products

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic team and lead the growth, development and management of our deposit portfolio (Savings, Investments, Term Deposits etc.). As a Head of Deposit and Liability Products, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our deposit and liability offerings and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities:Offer best in class liability products to the customersLead budgeting, revenue objectives and pricing of deposit productsManage existing products/propositions including changes/adaptations (e.g. pricing, conditions, distribution, discontinuation)Responsible for the digital deposit product & pricing management of digital current, saving & term deposit accounts covering both conventional & Islamic customersLead/present updates and analysis in the Assets and Liability Committee (ALCO)Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our Deposit/Liability Products (Savings, Investments, Term Deposits etc.) portfolio, aligning it with the overall company vision and objectives.Work closely with stakeholders across the organization for driving and delivering product features.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal, to develop and launch new wealth management products and features.Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business goals.Lead the scrum team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements.Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market insights, customer feedback, and business priorities, and communicate them effectively to the development teams.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the wealth management products, monitor their performance, and initiate data-driven improvements to drive user engagement and product growth.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and effective marketing collateral to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams, to understand their needs and collaborate on product initiatives.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in wealth management technology to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Work on maintaining and improving performance of existing products on Easypaisa app and periodically measure the interest, intent, and success rates for each product.
