This senior leadership role will focus on sourcing, evaluating, and securing new projects, while building strong partnerships with owners, developers, and investors.Key Responsibilities:Lead the company’s development strategy and pipeline in Japan, aligned with global objectives.Source, negotiate, and close management contracts, leases, or acquisitions.Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders.Partner with internal teams (finance, operations, technical and marketing) to deliver successful projects.Represent the company at industry events and position us as a preferred partner.Qualifications:10–15 years of experience in hotel development, real estate investment, or related fields.Proven track record of deal sourcing and execution in Japan.Strong financial and negotiation skills, with deep market knowledge.Established local network of owners, developers, and investors.Native-level Japanese and strong English communication skills.Strategic, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven leader.
