This is a rare opportunity to shape how a world-class engineering consultancy connects with its clients in a digital-first world.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Digital & CRM will define and deliver Egis’ global digital marketing and client engagement strategy - building the platforms, data insights and experiences that bring our brand to life and demonstrate our impact on the pipeline.You will lead the evolution of Egis’ digital ecosystem - from website and social media to marketing automation, analytics and CRM - ensuring a seamless and measurable client journey. Working closely with Business Development, IT and regional marketing teams, you’ll embed a culture of digital excellence and data-driven decision making across the organisation.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build, not just run, a best-in-class digital function, creating the infrastructure, tools and insights that will power Egis’ next chapter of growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic evolution of Egis’ digital client experience, ensuring our digital presence reflects the innovation and sustainability values at the heart of our brandDefine and deliver Egis’ global digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, business and campaign prioritiesLead the ongoing development, performance and optimisation of Egis’ digital platforms, including website, social media, SEO/SEM and marketing automation toolsDrive the global rollout and adoption of CRM as a marketing and client engagement platform, in partnership with Commercial and Business Development teamsEstablish clear KPIs, dashboards and analytics frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and contribution to the pipelineChampion an insight-led, digital-first approach to campaign delivery and client engagement, working closely with the Head of Thought Leadership & CampaignsPartner with IT and regional marketing teams to ensure technology integration, governance, GDPR compliance and data quality across platformsManage external agencies, martech vendors and internal digital resources to deliver high-quality, innovative digital experiencesBuild internal capability and promote best practice in digital marketing and CRM enablement across global and regional teamsQualifications8+ years’ experience in senior digital marketing roles, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, professional services or other complex B2B environmentsProven success driving digital transformation, brand growth and measurable commercial results within complex, multi-market organisationsTrack record of leading CRM enablement and martech adoption at scaleStrong understanding of digital channels, automation, analytics, SEO/SEM and data-driven marketingCommercially focused, with the ability to connect digital activity to business development, client engagement and revenue outcomesExperienced in matrixed, global organisations, comfortable influencing senior stakeholder Innovative, collaborative and results-oriented, with strong leadership, coaching and communication skillsAdditional InformationWe are committed to our planetIn each project we design, engineer and operate we care deeply about the legacy we’re leaving behind.
