As a senior client-facing role, Head of Digital takes responsibility for the digital delivery to all accounts and helps to lead their team across all media channels.In this role, you will be driving digital marketing & media strategies for all clients. You will part of the leadership team and be responsible for strategic planning, using digital for solving business challenges and ensuring gold standards in everyday excellence and managing relationships with key stakeholders.Best Things About the JobWorking within a proven, fast-growing team leading some of the biggest brands in the country.Ability to craft, co-create and deploy cutting edge solutions in digital, marketing & media.Managing a large portfolio of clients spread across FMCG, BFSI, Auto, Food & Beverages.Responsibilities:Digital Strategy across clientsServe as thought leader in aligning digital marketing strategy with client’s business goals and objectives.Working with client teams, help define scope and recommended approach for digital, role of various digital platforms.Play an advisory role on client and market engagements, serving as a digital strategy advisor to both market leads (internal) and clients (external).Digital Roadmap for the AgencyWorking with the planning teams, help to define digital roadmap for the brandsIdentify digital need gap in the markets and recommend solutionsDevelop and share frameworks and methodologies for accelerating digital transformationLead or be a contributing part of working teams on specific digital projects in market.Champion Global to Local Digital adoptionWork closely with Global & Regional Digital team to customize Digital and Platform guidelines for the marketsLead the digital projects that Global teams have prioritized for the year and ensure that it gets executed in the identified clients relevantly & efficiently.Manage market teams and specialist relationshipClosely work with client leads, help them equip with right digital knowledge and aid in improving processes.Work very closely with platform specialists within the agency to develop strong strategies across digital ecosystem.Build effective working relationship with internal, digital partners and market teams.Manage the Global partner’s commitment by ensuring all clients meet aligned target.Forge new partnerships with external partners with objective to maximize value.Training leadLead digital "evangelization" initiatives with the clients and internal teams.Identify the digital knowledge gap within team, markets, and clients, design training plans & modules.Facilitate and conduct digital strategy and platform trainings for clients in collaboration with partners, internal experts.Protecting our high standardsEnsure that any work that leaves the agency is of the highest standardBe part of producing ideas that inspire, motivate, engage & create commercial actionAlways challenge “mediocrity” (if you don’t know what this means, ask your CEO)IntegrationThink like a solutions providerEnsure you encourage the use of other agency servicesExperience required:12+ years’ experience in digital marketing or strategic marketing consulting.Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.Team player with the confidence & integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly.Ability to thrive in a fluid and multicultural environment.In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience targeting, programmatic, mobile, social and online analytics.)Understanding of all digital disciplines (SEM, SEO, programmatic buying, social and influencer marketing, mobile, content including video, bespoke/publisher/tech-specific opportunities, CRM, and email marketing).Understanding of Data-Driven marketing principles and wider measurement/attribution techniques such as Digital Pathway Modelling, Econometric Modelling along with custom modelling initiativeStrong familiarity with digital metrics and deep understanding of the technical media landscape in order to apply this knowledge to briefs and help educate others – ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDP’s, CRM, device ID, IP, cookies, Ads Data Hub, cookie deprecation, contextual targeting, behavioural, optimisation and measurement, dynamic delivery, retargeting, etc.Strong client facing communication & presentation skillsPersonal Attributes:A ‘Can Do’ and collaborative attitudeTenaciousBusiness savvyEntrepreneurialPersuasiveLeadership qualitiesGreat interpersonal and communication skills internally, with media owners and clientsOMD – We create what’s next withOMD is the world’s largest media network with more than 13,000 people working in over 100 countries.
