Job DescriptionOur new Head of E-commerce EMEA will create a strategy for growth with key online customers across EMEA and drive a consistent brand image online across the region. This is a highly responsible role and we are looking for someone who is as comfortable planning and strategizing as they are delivering the numbers.What are we looking for?Strong experience of sales within the online channel with prior experience of selling to omni/onliners and other marketplaces is a huge advantageEvidence of new business development experience, confident pitching to new customers and creating good relationshipsAdvanced account management skills, capable of quickly establishing trust and confidence within customers and building for the long-termHigh level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.Excellent organizational abilities, including planning, prioritization, and execution skills.Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, including strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.Self-directed, with ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility in hours/locations and weekend work when requiredWhat will be your key responsibilities?Work closely with Business Development Director to develop a plan for online and marketplace retailers across EMEA, focusing on the right customer per priority market to create maximum long-term impact.
