We are seeking a dynamic Head of eCommerce Marketing & Strategy with proven expertise in driving digital growth across global eCommerce markets. This role is ideal for a strategist who thrives at the intersection of brand positioning, growth marketing, and data-driven execution—someone passionate about blending storytelling with analytics to drive customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue acceleration.With a strong focus on the US and global markets, you will be responsible for scaling digital sales, building impactful partnerships, and executing high-performance multi-channel campaigns powered by AI-driven insights and marketing automation.Key ResponsibilitieseCommerce Growth Strategy: Develop and execute B2B and B2C eCommerce marketing strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market presence, and strengthen brand equity.Product & Digital Adoption: Lead customer acquisition and retention campaigns leveraging AI-powered targeting, segmentation, and automated drip funnels.Strategic Partnerships: Identify and activate growth opportunities through alliances with adjacent industries, influencers, and vendor networks to unlock new revenue streams.Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and optimize campaigns across paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok), ABM, email, SEO, and influencer-driven marketing to increase qualified leads and improve conversion rates.Global Expansion: Drive brand identity transformation and go-to-market (GTM) strategies across US, Europe, and Asia, ensuring consistent representation across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify) and luxury retail channels.Performance Marketing: Reduce CAC and boost ROI through continuous optimization, A/B testing, and advanced analytics across digital platforms.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use behavioral economics, psychographic segmentation, and market research insights to refine targeting and maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV).Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, R&D, product, and analytics teams to align on growth KPIs, streamline go-to-market execution, and deliver brand-consistent experiences.Brand Positioning & PR: Enhance digital visibility and credibility through award-winning PR campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community-driven growth strategies.Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and measurable business outcomes.Required Qualifications>7+ years of proven success in B2B and B2C eCommerce marketing, brand strategy, and growth marketing.>Demonstrated expertise in scaling digital revenue, launching products globally, and executing GTM strategies across the US market.>Strong track record in strategic partnerships with adjacent industries, influencers, and global vendors.>Hands-on experience with marketing automation, AI-driven segmentation, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Klaviyo).>Advanced knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, paid media, and multi-channel campaign execution.>Proficiency in analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, SEMrush) with a data-first approach to decision-making.>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.>Advanced training in AI for Business Strategy, Consumer Psychology, and Marketing Analytics is a strong advantage.Interested?We'd love to hear from you!Send your resume to 👉 varsha@upbott.comAbout CompanyUpbott Consulting Private Limited is a new-age boutique e-commerce technology and marketing consulting company, catering to B2B and B2C e-commerce businesses in the US and UK.
