Position OverviewThe Head of Ecosystem will lead ENI Foundation’s global strategy for ecosystem expansion — driving adoption, partnerships, and developer engagement across both enterprise (B2B) and community (Web3-native) layers.This role requires a hybrid mindset — a strategist who understands tokenomics and blockchain architecture, but also a relationship-builder who can engage C-level executives, developers, and communities alike.The Head of Ecosystem will own ENI’s ecosystem growth roadmap: from AppChain onboarding and enterprise integrations to DAO partnerships, hackathons, and RWA platform collaborations.Key Responsibilities1. Ecosystem Growth Strategy Design and execute ENI’s global ecosystem expansion roadmap, with milestones tied to mainnet development phases (V0.3 → V1). Define key verticals: RWA, DePIN, Enterprise Web3, DAO infrastructure, and Cross-chain integrations. Develop strategic KPIs (TVL growth, node count, AppChain launches, developer activity). Coordinate with ENI’s global members (Japan, HK, Brazil, EU, UK) to align local initiatives under a unified strategy.2. Strategic Partnerships Lead institutional collaborations Structure co-development agreements, MOUs, and revenue-sharing models for AppChains or ecosystem participants. Identify and onboard enterprise clients or projects migrating to ENI’s infrastructure.3. Developer Ecosystem & AppChains Build and manage a developer ecosystem program — SDK documentation, GitHub support, AppChain templates, and incentive frameworks. Oversee ELEVATE, ENI’s incubator for enterprise-grade blockchain applications. Launch and manage developer grants, bounties, and hackathons to accelerate adoption. Work closely with the CTO and Engineering team to ensure developer feedback influences roadmap priorities.4. Community & Growth Oversee ENI’s global community strategy, integrating online growth with in-person events (e.g., Token2049, Japan Blockchain Week). Coordinate with PR and Marketing to build ENI’s brand visibility. Manage ENI’s ambassador programs, validator relations, and node operator engagement.5. RWA & Institutional Integration Collaborate with ENI RWA teams to onboard real-world asset projects (e.g. tokenized funds, securities, or infrastructure). Define frameworks for RWA listing, auditing, and liquidity management on ENI’s DEX (WEB7). Bridge relationships with banks, custodians, and regulated investment managers.6. Internal Coordination & Reporting Develop quarterly reports on ecosystem health (project activity, revenue metrics, DAO engagement). Present ecosystem updates to the Foundation board and governance committees. Supervise a cross-functional team including BD managers, DevRel, and marketing partners.QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Economics. MBA or equivalent experience in blockchain strategy, venture capital, or technology leadership preferred.Experience Minimum 8+ years in blockchain, fintech, or digital asset sectors. Proven record of ecosystem or partnership leadership in top Web3 projects (e.g. Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, Chainlink, Near, or similar). Experience in managing enterprise blockchain adoption and/or developer community building. Familiarity with token economy design, RWA, and DAO governance frameworks. Prior involvement in multi-regional projects (Asia, Europe, LATAM) is an advantage.Skills Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and smart contract ecosystems. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong written and verbal communication (English required; Mandarin, Portuguese, or Japanese a plus). Ability to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives under cross-border legal frameworks.
