About the RoleWe are seeking an executive-level Head of Employer Brand and Communications – a visionary Brand Architect – to establish our talent narrative as a competitive advantage across highly regulated global markets. This is a Founding Role with a mandate to build a cutting-edge, authentic, and scalable Employer Brand (EB) function from the ground up.You will not just "support recruitment"; you will define who we are to the talent market, driving strategic alignment between our commercial brand, our culture, and our talent acquisition objectives in the relentless, high-stakes iGaming sector.📍Location: Fully Remote (with preference for CET/EET time zones)📌 Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Cultural DefinitionEVP as a Business Asset: Conduct deep-dive cultural audits and competitor analysis to re-engineer and finalize the global Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it is bold, differentiated, and legally compliant across diverse jurisdictionsInternal Narrative Ownership: Design and lead the executive internal communications strategy for major organizational transformations, ensuring leaders are equipped to deliver clear, consistent, and unifying messages across a distributed workforceBrand Synergy: Act as the critical bridge between the HR/TA function and the Global Marketing/PR teams to ensure complete consistency between our external commercial voice and our employer identityGlobal Activation & ImpactChannel Disruption: Drive innovation in how we tell our story. Move beyond standard career pages to execute high-impact, multi-format campaigns (e.g., executive thought leadership, authentic developer spotlights, culture metrics data storytelling) that target niche talent pools in regulated regionsReputation Management at Scale: Proactively own and mitigate risks associated with our reputation on various platforms (Glassdoor, technical forums, etc). Establish a robust, legally sound process for response, reporting, and proactive sentiment management – a necessity in the regulated iGaming spaceAmbassador Program Architecture: Design and launch a structured, incentivized Global Ambassador Program that empowers key employees (from C-suite to front-line developers) to authentically champion the brandGovernance and Data LeadershipMetric Ownership: Establish a clear suite of EB success KPIs (e.g., quality of hire correlation, reduction in time-to-fill for critical roles, brand funnel conversion rates) and report performance directly to the C-suite, demonstrating tangible ROICompliance Guardian: Establish rigid global governance to ensure all employer communication (images, wording, testimonials) strictly adheres to local labor laws, advertising standards, and iGaming regulatory requirements in every operating territory✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Brand Strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role defining strategy at a global or multi-national scalePrior experience operating within an iGaming company is a significant advantageDemonstrated ability to lead without formal authority, influence executive stakeholders, and build a high-performing team/agency network from scratchExceptional ability to synthesize complex HR data (e.g., turnover, engagement scores, recruitment metrics) into simple, emotionally resonant, and business-critical narrativesC1 level of English Proficiency
