A stable company with a team of 16 engineers and a diverse portfolio of projects, we’re looking for a Technical Lead who can balance technical leadership, team development, and strategic impact.This isn’t a hands-on coding role - it’s a leadership and influence role for someone who’s technically credible enough to support the team, guide decisions, while commercially sharp enough to sit in client meetings and shape delivery outcomes.What You’ll DoConnect with and Lead/Mentor a 16-person tech team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and high performanceEvaluate new projects – assess feasibility, define technical approaches, and advise on team compositionMake key architecture decisions across full stack JavaScript and AWS environmentsWork closely with leadership (product and operations) to align delivery, scope, and strategyStay ahead of the curve by investigating emerging frameworks, tools, and opportunitiesOwn outcomes - not just tickets or sprints, but the success of the work and the people behind itWhat You BringStrong full stack JavaScript + AWS backgroundProven experience in digital consultancy or agency environmentsExperience leading or co-founding a startup or small technical teamA leadership style grounded in confidence, clarity, and balance – not egoThe ability to context switch fast and guide others through ambiguityA mindset that says, “This is on me.
