The Head Of Engineering will oversee the engineering team, plan and execute development projects, ensure adherence to compliance requirements, and improve system processes. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, managing engineering resources, providing mentorship, and collaborating closely with other departments to align engineering objectives with company goals.QualificationsLeadership and team management experienceProficiency in software development, system architecture, and technical designKnowledge of SOC2 and HIPAA complianceExperience with NLP/AI/LLM/ML technology and toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesExperience in healthcare technology is a plusBachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
