As an integrator, it links design offices to on-site construction, while placing People, Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the heart of its projects.Our revenue have more than tripled in the past three years.Join VERDON – Shaping the Future Through Design & Build ExcellenceWe’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HEAD of ENGINEERING OFFICE to guide our multidisciplinary engineering operations and drive success across complex “Design & Build” projects in a context of strong growth.Your Mission :As a strategic leader, you'll coordinate and oversee the engineering lifecycle of major projects in close collaboration with our tender, production, and project management teams.You’ll champion quality, budget control, and seamless execution timelines — ensuring every design solution exceeds expectations.You'll play a key role in the digital transformation of our department.What You’ll Do :Lead and inspire a team of 10 engineers — acting as both captain and coach.Allocate team resources effectively, balancing skills and project timelines.Ensure cross-team alignment through clear communication of goals, deadlines, and project scope.Build and monitor project schedules and KPIs to track progress and boost performance.Implement monitoring systems to detect delays and deliver fast, efficient solutions.Contribute to ongoing digitalization and process improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with standards (ASME, EN, ISO).Play an active role in shaping VERDON’s engineering excellence.Your Profile :Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electromechanical preferred).Minimum 4 years of experience managing an engineering office.Strong leadership and resource coordination abilities.In-depth knowledge of engineering processes and quality standards.Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).Technical knowledge of piping is a strong asset.Experience and strong interest in digital transformation (AI).Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks (PDM, PLM), Autodesk BIM 360, AI.What We Offer :A key role in a company experiencing strong growth.A collaborative and innovation - driven culture.The chance to shape the digital future of our engineering department.✨ Be Part of Something BiggerIf you're ready to lead innovation and make a real impact on the future of engineering at VERDON, we’d love to meet you.
