Procurli — Head of Engineering (Founding Team)Compensation: €6,000–€10,000 gross + substantial equityMust have: Fluency in Lithuanian Procurli is building an AI platform to automate post-order procurement workflows for mid-size manufacturers. These processes are mission-critical but still run on emails, spreadsheets, and manual ERP updates. We're fixing that with AI, clean UX, and deep ERP integrations.You’ll join as Head of Engineering, a senior founding team member responsible for leading engineering execution and helping to turn the technical vision into a scalable, real product.What You’ll Do:Build the product end-to-end: core features across frontend, backend, and integrations.Own modules fully — from design to deployment.Work with the CTO on architecture, data models, and key technical decisions.Turn ideas into quick prototypes and then production-ready features.Solve early challenges: PDF/email parsing, ERP integrations, workflow automation.Set the first engineering standards (structure, quality, deployment).Be the technical engine of the company at the earliest stage.What We’re Looking For:Has worked in early-stage startups or shipped 0→1 productsLeadership + ownership mindset4+ years in React/Next.js and backend (Python/FastAPI or similar)Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelinesSolid SQL/NoSQL skills and clean data-model designComfortable operating with ambiguity and building from scratchBonus:Experience with ERPs (Dynamics/Axapta, SAP, Odoo)Exposure to workflow automation, supply chain, manufacturing or industrial techHas previously mentored or led engineersDevops experience
