Job Description

Location: Wangen b. Dübendorf When: 1 January 2026 or upon availability   Your mission: In your role, you will lead the team of Facility Management Competence Center to ensure business continuity, electrical, HVAC, building construction safety and standards at national level and for the entire infrastructure portfolio. Your tasks: Manage a team of engineers/technical experts located in Geneva and Wangen b. Dübendorf Coordinate all matters relating to electrical, HVAC and building infrastructure Develop, define, and implement electrical standards at Swiss level, ensuring redundancy and robustness of electrical infrastructure Carry out expertise and studies to ensure continuity of electrical service and anticipation of preventive and corrective maintenance Identify, plan and ensure optimal process in terms of resources and priorities, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and project managers Represent skyguide in expert committees, institutions and with third parties (e.g. ESTI, energy distributors, tenants, authorities, OFAC, AIG ...) What are we looking for: Electrical Engineer or equivalent diploma Proven record in managing a team of engineers/technical experts and stakeholders Several years of experience in the domain of electrical infrastructure, with experience in Facility Management ideally Strong knowledge in HVAC, critical building infrastructure (business continuity) and project management Team work: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions Transformation : You lead by example, inspire others to embrace new approaches, and bring diverse groups together to find common solutions German native (Level C2), English fluent (level C1), French as an asset  What we offer:We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
