🌐twentyAI is supporting a growing independent developer and distributor of online games. They have recently expanded their presence across Europe, securing new B2B licences and entering several regulated markets.This growth has increased both scale and regulatory complexity, creating the need to strengthen the finance function. They are now seeking a hands-on Head of Finance to support this expansion and further develop the finance function as the business continues to scale.This is a hybrid role, based in the centre of Berlin.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the CFO to develop the finance function, including accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and HGB.Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes.Drive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decisions.Work with senior management on growth initiatives and market expansion.Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.Experience:Degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.A recognised professional qualification is preferred (e.g., Wirtschaftsprüferin, Steuerberaterin, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).Exposure to a variety of ERPs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365)7-10 years of finance experience, with proven leadership of a finance/controlling team.Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and HGB, and experience with multi-jurisdictional reporting and regulatory compliance.Experience in technology, software, digital entertainment or other regulated industries.Proficient in using SaaS revenue management and billing platforms to support financial reporting and complianceFluent in German and English📧If interested, please apply below or email your CV to max.anderson@twentyai.com
