Electrolux Professional AB is an operating parent company hosting; domestic sales, export sales, intercompany sales, manufacturing, logistics center, R&D and corporate head office functions including Treasury with a total turnover of 3,3 bn SEK.The role focuses on ensuring financial compliance, accuracy and internal control, overall ownership of the balance sheet and P&L and will act as the main contact for auditors. You will also drive process efficiency through standardization, harmonization and automation, and lead the implementation of the regional Finance Transformation agenda in close collaboration Finance & Accounting Heads, Controlling and Business Area teams.In addition to leading the regional finance organization, you’ll manage the Swedish Finance & Accounting team on a daily basis and play an active role in the parent company’s closing process. You’ll be supported by a highly skilled and dedicated regional finance team committed to excellence.You’re an experienced and confident leader and given the importance of the position, we believe that the right candidate has a solid background from one of the Big 4, with in depth knowledge of accounting, IFRS and financial processes. Preferably you have experience of working with financial transformation in a manufacturing environment where you have been responsible for implementing and optimizing processes and procedures. The suitable candidate also needs a strong business interest and the ability to work with strategic issues regarding the finance function.Furthermore, you need a track record of implementing and/or developing ERP-structures and continuous improvement drives you to find smarter and more efficient ways of working. With a hands-on and can-do attitude, you balance structure with flexibility, and you bring integrity and excellent communication skills to everything you do.
