Job Req Number: 100604Time Type: Full TimeWould you like to play a central role in one of the largest post-merger integrations in Danish business history?As our new Head of Finance Business Change Management, you will utilise your finance and accounting background and hands-on SAP expertise, as well as your change management and international leadership experience. You will join the DSV Finance Transformation leadership team and report directly to our EVP of Finance Transformation. Working onsite at our headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will get the chance to influence a substantial finance transformation after the acquisition of DB Schenker.“You’ll join us amid a high-paced finance transformation. Currently, we’re integrating 5-10 countries each month into one DSV finance framework across all divisions and support functions. There’s a lot of moving parts, which sometimes calls for speed over perfection,” explains Executive Vice President of Finance Transformation Jesper Bregendahl.Lead international teams of SAP finance specialists and change managersThe Finance Business Change Management (F-BCM) team is responsible for implementing globalised and standardised finance systems and processes across DSV. As system owners, the teams are in charge of successfully deploying SAP ERP and related applications across our global organisation.The teams comprise around 30 geographically dispersed SAP specialists/Business Change Managers, who participate in the design and gathering of functional and technical requirements, building standards and playbooks, as well as testing. They also deliver key user training and hyper-care support to the organisation.“Your team’s focus remains on finance and accounting, and you are responsible for, e.g. value mapping and testing, while all system configurations are done by Finance IT,” Jesper elaborates.Implement advanced financial systems and processes Your primary responsibility will be to implement systems and processes within Finance Transformation that enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability. The goal is for all processes and system implementations to adhere to our global standards and be delivered on time and within budget, as prioritised by our roadmap and portfolio management.More specifically, you will:Oversee change management activities across finance projectsImplement Design Authority-approved finance processes and systems changesDrive reinforcement activities regarding SAP roles and SoDLead SAP, CW1 and CargoLink finance system rolloutsLead e-invoicing compliance country rollout projects as project sponsorIncrease the level and share of automated designThrough these efforts, you will ensure the optimised utilisation of the various modules in SAP and the operational TMS/WMS systems, while continuously aligning with the business to provide high-quality testing and use cases.You apply practical accounting insight to lead change To drive substantial change, you will need stakeholder buy-in. That means communicating and engaging with local finance and accounting professionals as well as IT functions, drawing on your own hands-on accounting experience to answer questions, drive change initiatives and mitigate concerns.That same experience will enable you to lead a team of specialists through this transformation, building a strong, cohesive Finance Business Change Management team that collaborates across functions, continents and cultures.To do so, we imagine that you have:A strong background in accounting and extensive SAP experienceExperience working with the implementation of financial and operational systems and processes, preferably within the logistics industryExperience implementing change in SAP and TMS/WMS systems and the surrounding application landscapeInternational leadership experience, managing team members across cultures and time zonesStrong organisational skills with a proven ability to drive people and teams and to facilitate cross-functional change initiativesA certification in the Prosci® ADKAR methodologyWant to know more and apply?We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the position and about your options in DSV.
