Head of Finance (On-Site, Berlin)

We're data-driven, ambitious, and operate globally across multiple markets.The role:We're looking for a Head of Finance who lives and breathes numbers – someone who can turn raw data into clarity, ensure financial accuracy across platforms, and help build a finance structure that scales as fast as we do.What you’ll do:Own all weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for founders and investorsPrepare quarterly and yearly financials (Bilanzen, Jahresabschluss) in close collaboration with our SteuerberaterOversee cash flow, cost tracking, and profitability reports across brands and entitiesEnsure all numbers reconcile across payment providers, blockchain ledgers, and internal systemsBuild and maintain data dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Sheets, Looker, etc.)Work hands-on with crypto transactions and financial flows on-chainBe the go-to person for anything related to numbers, data integrity, and financial accuracyRequirements:3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Consulting, or Investment BankingStrong analytical & Excel/Sheets skills – ideally with exposure to dashboards or BI toolsGerman language skills (required for local reporting & Steuerberater coordination)Understanding of crypto, blockchain, and on-chain transactionsBased in Berlin or open to on-site workDetail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentWhy join:Very competitive salaryDirect exposure to founders and investorsMassive ownership from day oneWork in a high-growth environment where speed and precision matterBe part of a team rewriting how finance works in crypto & gaming
