BackgroundOur client, a leading Wealth and Asset Management firm, is expanding its European footprint and establishing a new regulated entity in Dublin. As part of this growth, the firm seeks an experienced Head of Finance (PCF-11) to join the Board and Executive Committee, providing financial leadership and governance oversight as the firm sets upo its EU hub from Ireland and commences in its growth journey. The OpportunityAs Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial aspects of the Irish entity and play a key role in shaping its governance and operational integrity. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll guide financial strategy, reporting, and risk management to ensure a strong foundation for sustainable growth.The position blends hands-on financial stewardship with strategic oversight; ideal for an experienced finance professional seeking to contribute at Board level within a boutique but high-impact setting.
