Experience in manufacturing/retail/D2C is a plus—because finance is different when actual products are involvedDeep knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting (because we don't want to learn the hard way)Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems—if your idea of fun is building a financial model, we like you alreadyA problem-solver who can balance growth, risk, and making sure payday never fails.
