And because we are local, we provide the deepest variety and services that are tailor-made for Thai people.We are seeking a results-oriented and commercially driven Head of Financial Products to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our entire financial product portfolio targeted at our partners (e.g. drivers & merchants) and potentially our end users. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 on-demand platform in Thailand.What you’ll Do:1. Business and P&L OwnershipStrategic Growth: Define and execute a clear commercial strategy to maximize the adoption, revenue, and profitability of our financial products (e.g., instant pay, lending).Full P&L Accountability: Own the complete Financial Products P&L, including forecasting, managing revenue targets, optimizing cost of funds, minimizing operational expenses, and maximizing Return on Assets (ROA).Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive the commercialization, pricing, and distribution strategies to ensure market fit and scalable growth among our partner base.Funding Strategy: Define and execute the capital structure and funding strategy required to scale the lending portfolio.Partnerships: Lead the negotiation and management of critical relationships with external financial institutions and key vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure product delivery.2. Credit Risk Management: Define the overarching credit risk appetite and framework for all financing products.Oversight: Partner closely with Data Science and Operations teams to monitor portfolio performance, manage delinquency rates, optimize credit scoring models, and oversee collections/recovery processes.Compliance: Ensure all financial operations adhere to regulatory standards and provide executive-level reporting on key financial health and risk indicators.3. Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild and Lead: Recruit, structure, and mentor a high-performing team focused on commercial performance, financial analysis, and risk operations.Culture: Instill a culture of commercial focus and data-driven accountability across the organization.Internal Alignment: collaborate with the Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure they build the features necessary to meet commercial objectives.What you’ll Need:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting, with a focus on lending or payments products.Leadership experience: 3+ years in a Business Unit Head, or P&L Ownership role, demonstrating the ability to drive financial outcomes.Commercial Acumen: Deep expertise in commercial strategy, pricing, distribution, and financial modeling for a B2B or B2C financial product.Risk Exposure: Demonstrated experience or direct accountability for credit risk management (or market/financial risk) within a lending or credit-intensive business.Compliance: Strong familiarity with regulatory environments governing financial products.
