Founded in 2014 in the Czech Republic, we’ve grown into a trusted love brand with more than one million customers across five countries: Czechia, Hungary, Austria, Germany, and Romania.Our mission is simple: to make everyday shopping faster, easier, and more sustainable – while helping people eat better and live healthier lives.Now we’re looking for a Head of Food Safety & Quality to make sure that every Kifli box delivers what we promise – fresh food people can trust.You’ll lead the national quality agenda, make sure our standards meet the highest food safety expectations, and work with passionate teams to keep our customers happy – every single day.What You’ll DoAs Head of Food Safety & Quality, you’ll lead the QA agenda across Hungary and make sure that everything our customers receive meets the highest standards of food safety, freshness, and compliance.You’ll combine your expertise in food quality with leadership skills to guide the team, improve processes, and bring our Group standards to life locally.Define and deliver the local QA strategy aligned with Group goals and country specificsEnsure full compliance with local and EU food legislation, Group standards, and certificationsLead and develop the QA team across fulfilment centresOversee supplier audits, product evaluations, and corrective actionsManage product compliance processes, including private label and labelling requirementsAct as the main link between local operations and Group Quality experts, ensuring smooth communication both waysRepresent Kifli in front of authorities, inspection bodies, and trade associationsMonitor and report quality KPIs, identifying areas for improvementDrive continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new QA toolsCollaborate closely with Operations, Commercial, HR, and Finance to maintain top product quality and customer trustWhat We Look ForYou’re an experienced quality leader who knows what it takes to keep food safe, processes compliant, and customers happy.
