My client is seeking an entrepreneurial CEO to drive global B2B platforms shaping the future of healthcare, wellness, surgical, and pharma.Each platform connects manufacturers with global buyers through a digital, compliant, and scalable ecosystem — transforming how products move across borders.Location: Singapore / Hybrid / RemoteExperience: 7–12+ yearsFunction: CEO / Divisional LeadCompensation: Equity drivenAbout the RoleThey are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations to lead capital-raising and investor engagement efforts for a fast-growing global healthcare export ecosystem.The role is ideal for a seasoned fundraising professional who thrives in entrepreneurial, early-stage environments and can build strong investor relationships across Asia, LATAM, and the Middle East.This individual will play a key role in shaping the organization’s growth and capital strategy, working closely with the founding team to secure funding and forge long-term partnerships for its portfolio of international B2B healthcare ventures.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive capital-raising roadmap, engaging VCs, private equity firms, family offices, and strategic investors.Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring clear communication and transparency.Pitching & Representation: Lead investor pitches, presentations, and roadshows, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition and growth story.Deal Structuring: Drive term sheet discussions, financial modeling, and investment documentation in collaboration with the leadership team.Strategic Partnerships: Identify and onboard co-investors, trade financiers, and alliance partners supporting international market expansion.Governance & Reporting: Manage investor reports, performance dashboards, and due diligence processes.Ideal Candidate Profile8–15 years of experience in fundraising, venture capital, investment banking, or strategic finance.Proven success in raising funds for growth-stage or early-stage ventures, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or tech-enabled industries.Strong investor network across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, or global markets.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and storytelling abilities.Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.Entrepreneurial and self-driven, capable of managing end-to-end fundraising independently.What’s on OfferOpportunity to lead global fundraising and investor relations for a fast-scaling international healthcare venture group.High ownership and autonomy, reporting directly to the founding team.Equity-based compensation with long-term value creation potential.Exposure to global investors and cross-border partnerships in healthcare, wellness, and medtech sectors.If interested, Apply now or reach out to Sapna.Oberai@TechClover.sg directly for a confidential discussion.Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.Thank you!Sapna OberaiTechClover Pte.
