This role is all about hands-on creativity, concept development, and elevating our brand’s look and feel.What You’ll DoLead and inspire the team to fulfill its full potential.Define and execute the creative direction of our brand across all visual platforms.Develop striking visual concepts that captivate, inspire, and reinforce our brand identity.Work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.Maintain a hands-on approach to design, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.Stay ahead of industry trends, pushing creative boundaries and innovation.What We’re Looking ForApproximately 10 years of experience as a Head of Graphic Design in an agency or in-house creative team. Competence and skills for team leadership. A portfolio that wows—showcasing international consumer branding, consumer centric digital, and print excellence.Strong collaboration skills—able to work seamlessly with different teams and stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership of creative projects.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other key design tools.Bonus if knowledge in HTML, video editing or UI/UX knowledge.Fluent English (our company language) and a global outlook.The ability to juggle multiple projects with precision, passion, and creativity.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt Axopar, creativity isn’t just valued—it’s essential.
