The bar is high, we’re looking for a growth leader who is inspirational, bold, commercial, and creative, with instincts sharpened in subscription businesses ready to shape the next phase of growthAbout the CompanyThis Australian-founded digital health company has scaled across six international markets, raised over $100M USD from top-tier investors (including backers of Canva and AirBnB), and facilitated over one million consultations worldwide.Their brands are redefining what healthcare looks like, combining creative marketing, smart technology and a customer-first experience to make good health last a lifetime.Now, they’re entering an ambitious new chapter: investing in data, experimentation, and performance leadership to drive the next wave of growth.The RoleAs Head of Growth, you’ll own the growth strategy for their flagship DTC product leading acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels and avenues.You’ll partner with leaders across marketing, product and data to craft strategies that are insight-led, narrative-driven, and grounded in performance metrics like CAC and LTV. This role is for a hands-on leader, someone who can shape strategy, jump into performance channels directly, and allocate budgets with rigour.The role balances commercial ownership with bold creative instinct. You’ll influence high-level channel mixes, advise the creative system, advise optimise spend across performance & brand channels and seek out new channels/avenues/partnerships for DTC growth. With strong foundations in place, your focus will be scaling efficiently while driving measurable results.Key responsibilities include:Lead the end-to-end growth strategy, driving CAC efficiency, LTV uplift and ROI across the funnel.Be an inspiring, motivational leader within the business.Build, mentor and inspire a cross-functional growth team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration and accountability.Partner with creative teams to advice on attention-grabbing, high-performing campaigns that build brand and drive conversion.Champion a test-and-learn mindset, running structured experimentation programs across media, creative and funnel design.Lead attribution and marketing effectiveness frameworks, leveraging MMM, holdout testing and incrementality to inform investment decisions.Collaborate with Product, Data and international markets to align growth with business strategy and long-term brand equity.About YouYou’re bold, inspiring, motivated, commercial, and creative, with a proven track record of delivering growth in consumer-facing subscription businesses.
