About DaltonWe're building AI that makes websites self-improving. Our algorithms run thousands of experiments simultaneously, optimizing everything from CTAs to layouts without waiting weeks for statistical significance.We recently raised €1M from angels who've built unicorns. We have real traction with paying customers and conversion lifts they can actually see.The RoleThis isn't a "manage agencies and review dashboards" position. You'll be building Dalton's entire marketing and growth engine from scratch.We've grown to six figures of ARR almost entirely through inbound and word of mouth. Zero real marketing effort yet. Only some founder LinkedIn posts, a lead magnet on our website, and 3 conferences.That's the opportunity: take something that's already working organically and turn it into a scalable machine.You'll work on:Full-funnel growth: content, SEO, paid media, events, partnerships, video, guerrilla tacticsDoubling down on what's working and killing what isn'tExperimentation across every channel (we're literally an experimentation company)PLG motions and self-serve activationBuilding Dalton's brand and voice in the marketThe holistic growth engine with Product and SalesWhat We're Looking ForMentality and ownership matter more than years of experience.Required:Experience in B2B SaaS growth and marketingTrack record of actually scaling something, not just talking about itComfortable owning strategy and execution simultaneouslyNice to have:PLG experience (major plus)Background in CRO, e-commerce, or MarTechExperience at early-stage startupsScrappy beats polished.
