Join us as the Senior Manager, EMEA Freight, Customs and Trade Compliance where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain excellence across the region. You’ll have full oversight of all inbound and outbound freight operations, ensuring seamless delivery to our customers and patients while maintaining rigorous compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.What To ExpectChampion Customer Centricity: Lead with a focus on customer and patient needs in every decision.Lead & Develop Talent: Manage and mentor a team of 5, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous growth.Optimize Logistics Operations: Build strategic relationships with logistics providers, negotiate service contracts, and drive efficiency for timely, reliable, and cost-effective delivery.Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement Value Improvement Projects to elevate customer satisfaction and streamline operations.Deliver Change: Lead regional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency, including the roll-out of a global TMS system.Ensure Trade Compliance: Stay ahead of customs and trade regulations, manage documentation, and communicate requirements to stakeholders.Mitigate Risk: Proactively address compliance issues, conduct audits, and maintain meticulous records, ensuring service continuity at all times.Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to deliver outstanding results.What We ExpectWe’re seeking a passionate supply chain professional with a relentless drive for operational excellence and compliance.
