Job Description

The Head of Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering new business acquisition and strategic revenue growth.You’ll integrate business development, marketing, and partner ecosystems to generate, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across enterprise and ambitious mid-market clients.Owning the full sales and marketing funnel, you’ll ensure strategic alignment, commercial quality, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll lead and mentor a high-performing team, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and measurable success.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & PlanningDefine and execute the annual growth strategy aligned to business objectives.Establish KPIs across the entire funnel (MQL → SQL → conversion).Lead data strategy to ensure accurate CRM, analytics, and reporting.Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and prioritise investments.Business DevelopmentOwn and manage the high-value opportunity pipeline.Lead commercial negotiations and major enterprise pitches.Build and leverage networks across digital product, mobile, and AI sectors.Oversee outreach strategies and performance of Business Development Managers.Ensure all proposals and tenders meet commercial and strategic standards.Partnerships & MarketingManage key technology partnerships to drive collaborative growth.Provide strategic oversight of content, PR, and digital marketing.Act as a spokesperson at events, webinars, and conferences to elevate brand profile.Own and optimise the MarTech stack for tracking and funnel performance.Leadership & ReportingDefine and track core metrics: conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity, and forecast accuracy.Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.Lead, mentor, and develop Business Development and Marketing teams through regular coaching and reviews.About YouProven senior commercial leader with experience driving growth in digital or technology services.Strong track record in complex B2B sales and enterprise-level negotiations.Deep understanding of digital delivery models, modern architectures, and product innovation.Skilled at identifying and monetising opportunities in AI and emerging technologies.Data-led strategist with excellent communication and leadership skills.Well-connected within the digital and technology ecosystem.
