Head of Growth & Revenue About the Opportunity:This is a scale-up opportunity within a business that already has a strong sales foundation in place. We’re looking for a Head of Growth who can take what’s working, build on it, and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the next five years, while still being hands-on in driving sales today.You’ll step into a role where the foundation has been laid: existing customers, proven sales channels, and momentum in the market. Your challenge is to accelerate growth, expand customer relationships, and develop scalable strategies that position the business for long-term success.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the sales strategy across new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Deliver results today while building a roadmap for the next 5 years.Customer Growth: Lead both new business development and account growth, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and maximize lifetime value.GTM Leadership: Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning and market expansion.Hands-On Selling: Stay actively engaged in the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and maintain regular in-person interactions with customers.Team Collaboration: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives. Lead by example and foster a proactive, success-driven culture.Market Insight: Track industry trends and customer needs to shape offerings and stay ahead of competitors.Pipeline Ownership: Build, manage, and report on sales pipeline activity, ensuring clear visibility for leadership.What We’re Looking For:Proven Growth Leadership: Recent experience driving both new customer acquisition and account expansion, ideally in a scale-up environment.GTM Expertise: Demonstrated success building and executing go-to-market strategies.Hands-On Seller: Willingness to stay close to the sales process and not “hide behind strategy.”Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills and a comfort level with in-person meetings and presentations.Proactive & Driven: A self-starter who thrives on ownership, accountability, and results.Collaborative Leader: A natural team player who uplifts others while setting the pace.Industry Experience: Background in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is ideal, but not required.What Success Looks Like:Increased new customer acquisition quarter over quarter.Strong expansion revenue from existing accounts.A clear, executable GTM strategy that sets the business on a 3–5 year growth trajectory.A proactive, energized sales culture under your leadership.
